My biggest pet peeve is having to buy a certain spice that I’ve never needed before and then I end up hating the recipe, and I have this bottle of spice that I’ll never need again, but I have to wait at least 4 years before I can through it away.

I love to eat, so I learned to cook fairly well.
If you have a bulk spice section (even at a health food store), that can be a good way to buy a tiny amount of a spice. Also, McCormick now has a spice and recipe card out that contains just enough spice for the recipe attached to the card!
