ashley........ it is not slander if you are stating a fact.... FOR INSTANCE: if you said "I got my puppy from ____________ and my puppy had these diseases blah blah blah...... that is a FACT not slander (especially since the vet diagnosed somethign was wrong adn you have proof)....... What exactly is he suing you for?????.. he sounds like an A$$*ole to me
