Thank you Yorkiemom for your post. With all the research I've done on spaying and neutering, that's the conclusion I've been coming to. I think waiting until a dog is through growing before neutering makes a lot of sense! From what I read their hormones are necessary for proper growth.
Of course, waiting does require much diligence on the part of the owner. But if its in the best interest of my pups, I'm all for it!
