My guess is that someone stole the dog and then probably sold it to someone else who didn't know it was stolen. I completely blame the vets this dog has been to, if any, for not scanning the the dog everytime it came in for a visit.
I still think of Yoshi and I pray everyday that he is returned back to Mary.
