Wonder what poor Macy went thru in the 7 year's she was missing? But as you said she does look good tho maybe whoever took her did take care of her. Maybe her Momma is in shock, But 7 year's is a long time, You know they say you can never go back home it just isn't the same. But hope they love her as much as or even more than before.
