I've been looking for a breeders in Pennsylvania but I keep coming up short. Has anybody heard of Ann C. Harrold? I found her on the YTCA's website but would like to know how her puppies are and if she is still breeding. Also does anybody know of any other reputable breeders that are in Pennsylvania that sell their puppies for a decent price.
