You poor, poor thing. Sounds like living in total fear! As far as law enforcement help, you might as well be living in Beirut!!!!!! Who would believe this goes on in America? Utter thugs! My heart is breaking that people like this live in great neighborhoods in the State of Texas - and reign terror down on all their victims, especially you. Is your only hope that before long each will be given long prison terms for when they finally do escalate to armed robbery and assault or worse?
I've seen video surveillance shots on TV that show others' property in it besides that of the homeowner many times - even a ways down the block. Does your area of Houston or HOA have a law that prevents video surveillance that exceeds your property line or something? What has the cop's Chief of Police told you to do to keep from being a home-arson victim of one of his officers' children?
