Instructions... yes...somewhat, lol! I never made one of these before. They weren't real specific on the kind of knot to use, so after looking at the pics for days, I decided on a type my big sis used on fringe for an afghan she crocheted, made sure to make them all going the same way and turn out in the same spot lengthwise on each group of fringes. It's two pieces of fleece, one plain and one with the pup that you cut and tie together.
