How much does he weigh? I would watch him very closely as whatever his weight, he could get getting hypoglycemic and be too far gone to eat, even if he has some food out. You might set the clock at night for every 3-4 hours and get up & dispense some Nutrical just in case. Of course if he's not up & playing around, he may not use up his blood glucose so readily as during wake periods, should it be hypoglycemia.

My tendency is to vet first with very young dogs but that is just me. I would not rely on an online site for veterinary diagnosis/advice in this case, though. That sounds serious and could recur. Be sure to tell your vet about this well before any vaccinations tomorrow.
