I know Luma has started shaking uncontrollably when she was stressed...like when she came home from her spay, and after the first time at the groomer. But your baby was just playing? it could be as simple as he was just overexherted from playing and had low sugar...but it could also be a serious medical issue, therefore it should be treated as such...just to be safe. I would take him to a vet if it happens again.
