I wish I could help you more, but I am glad that you are trying to find a reputable breeder and are asking for help. Please be aware that Pennsylvania has a great deal of puppymills. I attached the link for the YTCA below. If you get in touch with the breeders, they will most likely recommend other breeders that have puppies available if they don't have one.
