Can I say how thrilled I am that I've lived in my current home for nearly 2 years am have only officially met one of my neighbors? We might vaguely wave at them if we see them when we're outside, but that's really the extent of our relationships. It's freakin' awesome. I never hear a peep from anyone. This may be because a cop lives just down the street, but I'll take the peace either way.
I'm really sorry you're going through this. I know from previous experience how stressful it is dealing with horrible neighbors. And this is definitely beyond harrassment and has crossed the line into threats at this point. Please follow up with the police. I hope this gets resolved quickly!
