Thanks for the prayers and well wishes. It has been hot and humid here. I took Maggie to the park very early as I didn't think the heat and humidity would be a factor that early. The vet thinks the heavy breathing and panting is due to her vomiting. I don't know if I agree with that. Today she didn't vomit until after she had almost collapsed. On Tuesday she vomited before the heavy breathing but it was much earlier in the day. She does the same thing in cooler weather, only it's not as bad. No matter what the weather is, she heads for the tile or laminate floors and lays down, always breathing heavily and panting. But nothing like the past couple of days. She has slept all day, going out to potty one time. If she doesn't improve drastically, I will be taking her to a cardiologist.
