In addition to always videoing anything out of the ordinary for the record, I believe I would transfer your OP to a letter to the Mayor and copy your Chief of Police. Tell them you are harassed and fearful and need some help defusing the situation & keeping your home safe. Send it Certified Mail, RRR to both parties. Might want to copy all the neighbors. Or sit quietly & wait to see if the alcohol & high spirits have worn off & they calm down & leave you alone from now on.
