I would go ahead & take her to an E.R. vet where a cardiologist & other specialists can use the fine diagnostics they have to see if anything really horrible is going on. A cardiac Doppler, some labs & a second opinion on the x-rays the first vet took, for instance. Clearly what we all saw on that video isn't normal. Tibbe did that sort of thing a lot when he had all his gas & tummy troubles. He didn't pant like that but he would stand like that for long-ish periods of time with his head down. With time and excellent food, treatment, Tibbe no longer does that. Took weeks!
