The spider and snake scenario still has me shaking. No way am I going into a home who has jumping, licking spiders and snakes dont care how nice they are. I feel a nightmare coming tonight already. |
LOL!!! I'm laughing like an idiot! I sooo understand the power of the s - words. Creeps is a good name for it! My sister & I used to say "the S word" in referring to those long, skinny things with no legs that we hate. I still fear having nightmares about them but thankfully, I must be too phobic to even allow myself to dream about "the S word"! I had one nightmare about one as an older child but they were large, smooth, fat and gray and not even "S word"-like at all! Looked more like large pillows! One other time I had a bad dream about one but my memory wiped the details inside of a year or two. So I get where you are coming from with the creepy things & it is funny when I see someone else that gets as jittery as I do from them as I sooooo relate! Still, I am much better than I used to. At least I can type that word now. On some posts.
