You will need to trim the hair on the ears, and tip them very short so that you get the weight off the ears if you want them to stand up. If they still won't stand up on their own, you may need to tape them to "train" them. We have 2 yorkies. Ginger has always had one floppy ear and one that stands up. Maggie's ears will stand up if the hair on the ears is kept short, but if it is left to grow longer her ears will not stand up.
