You need to get that pup to a vet ASAP, you have no idea how fast these little guys can slip away...If she has kennel cough, then she should be on antibiotics or whatever the vet says...Lethargy is not normal, please get her checked out and let us know what the vet says...I'll be praying for your little girl!
