I agree. One of the videos I bought I had to turn it off and throw it away because I couldn't watch the way the woman was treating the dogs, and I disagreed with her grooming methods -- terrible for the coat.

I learned to groom my boys through trial and error and reading here. My boys are in full coat, so I'm not really challenged in the trimming department. I do ears, feet, and sanitary trim. If you are looking for info on clippers and how to trim, there are some great threads in the grooming section.
