Is there a neighbor with another small dog that would be willing to walk with you and Meesha? I did this with mine and met alot of neighbors (who are now friends) and all our dogs are now more socialized. Not perfect, but alot better!

The dogs barked at each other for almost two weeks, and we kept switching positions, she would be in front for a while then us. Finally we got to where we could walk next to each other and even hold a conversation most the way, lol. But it was very well worth doing.

Or has she been through a basic obedience class yet?
