I have to say, cars are bad enough, bloody roasting ovens in this heat we have now. But also, leaving your dog, leashed up outside with no shade or water, in this heat? Criminal!

I will be calling my trainer this evening. We have a 9am training session booked, but it is forecasted to be like 35C with humidity bringing it to 42C... I can't do the conversion right now but that is hot. My car's A/C is on the blink, and I don't even want to risk driving with the pups in the car.

I think we will go to the lake instead.:-)
