Patti, your story reminds me of another nonsensical on from last year where a woman took her Yorkie to the vet for treatment and then went out shopping and left the dog in the sweltering hot car. Then she called the police herself bawling that the dog died.
I can't fathom what these people are thinking when they leave their dogs in hot cars. They take the time to vet their dogs and do that.
