As has already been stated there is not such thing as a mini Yorkie. If someone sold you one as a "mini" they misrepresented what they were selling. Your dog is very cute but does not look exceptionally small for it's age.
My dog stopped getting bigger at about 10 months but did continue to gain some weight for a few months after that.

No matter what a seller tells you about a puppy you have got to know that the puppy is going to double it's weight several times by the time it is full grown.
