I don't know what your state laws are, but Ann (Wylie's Mom) told me that in AZ we can call 911 when this happens. I say let the police decide if she's been negligent. I don't know if what you did is enough to keep her from doing this again. Good for you for doing something! We’ve even had some police dogs die from being left in the car too long. |
