its a dominance thing....belly band is the only thing i could do to stop cedric from marking and hed get mad so i would remove and watch him like a hawk...then if he went to mark i would say cedric no marking. he finally understood if he lifted his leg in the house belly band on. sorry you having such a problem while babysitting. im so sure ur friend is very apprecative. he humped his toys and this all stopped after we got him neutered.
