Default Leaving Alone for first time to go to store..

Believe it or not, I haven't left my little Emy alone yet. She sleeps in her crate with her bed and blanket, when she naps and at night. I have to go to store, am running out of food (LOL)...I am afraid to leave her in her crate with her bedding because she's a chewing terror, and no way am I leaving her out in the kitchen alone, she has figured how to climb over baby gate. Should I take everything out, that will probably upset her even more...but I'm afraid she will tear up and eat her bedding if I'm not there. I'll probably only be gone an hour, but I'm feeling guilty already about leaving her. Should I wait till she's asleep and sneak out...maybe she'll stay asleep till I get home. She's 13 weeks old.
