Yes, you can have eczema on your hands and for now, shea butter hand cream will be good. It's so important to go to a dermatologist for this so many people try to take care of it with creams from the store I have very bad eczema patches on my right leg. Sometimes in the winter they will bleed. I use a cream call Elecon aka: mometasone furoate cream and it works. You have to have a script though. It is very effective and takes care of it perfectly! Since it's a steroid cream you can only use it for 2 weeks and then it does it's job for a while and then you do another course of it. A derm can put your friend on the right treatment program that will be effective for her.
