We all live on the same property on the family farm..she has storage buildings..the old farm house..their house and my storage building packed. Last spring the shelves in my storage building were falling. I didn't know what she had in boxes on those shelves. I had to empty them off so we could repair the shelves...inside those 10-15 boxes were home canned food..green beans..grape juice (which had big chunks of stuff floating in the jar) and somethings I couldn't figure out what they were. Lisa can vouch for me...I texted her pics I was so disgusted 
They were dated early 1980's and she would not let us throw them out!!  She went through each jar because she said some of them were still good!!

The mango can was probably old too ~ but not from 1980!!! (come to think of it......if it didn't explode until 2012 she did better than the Indian Mango canning company
)
