Since he does not bite your mom or day I would suspect it is the way you are playing with him. Don't play tug or any games that will get him charged up. He may have been taken from his mom at a young age so he did not learn proper bite etiquette from his mom and litter mates. You are going to have to be very kind and patient with him. When he bites cry out in a high pitch and withdraw your hand. Stop all play. When he is calm concentrate on simple light petting or throwing the ball for him. Do not engage in any activity that gets him excited that involves your hands, feet or face.
