 Congratulations on Gabby
Sounds like the person you got Gabby from was pulling a fast one, but it also sounds like it worked out for the best, for you and her. Who knows what would have become of her if you had not had acted on that nagging feeling? I know what you mean about that nagging feeling. We gave into one last weekend and have a new 14 month old after losing our 13 year old Yorkie very recently. It's a long story... You are a wonderful person for taking her in and not taking her back. Sometimes it is just meant to be. And if she helped your child not be afraid of dogs anymore, that's wonderful! I hope you continue to bond with her and love her.
