If she is hacking for 2 days, I would check with the vet. It may be nothing but normally dogs don't hack or try to cough up something. Could have a sore throat or URI or even pneumonia. When Tibbe hacked, it turned out to be the latter but as I got him in the day he started hacking, we were able to get him on antibiotics immediately. Now hacking doesn't mean she's got pneumonia but just saying that it can be the first signs we see in any number of not very good things. Or she scratched her throat chewing something but in case she's getting ill, you need to get her checked out.
