IMO- I you can't watch him confine
. Mine are all housebroken to potty outside. They hate the rain and cold so they just go quickly otherwise we stay out til they potty or they would be confined. IMO- Wee pads = It is okay to potty in the house and a belly band or diaper is just a bandaid on a problem. I will use a diaper if and only if they are sick.
