I LOVE Louie's hair and top knot. I'm partial to long hair, so you may not want to listen to me.

Betty Boop's hair grows very slow, so I wouldn't even think of cutting it. I like the Joey cut, where the hair on the head and legs and tail is kept long, and just the body is cut very short. Here is a link:
