Does she have all her shots? If the driveway is hot to your bare feet its hot to her paws. I know 99 is to hot for me so I could never walk Callie in that heat. Callie has a doggy door and goes out when she needs to potty and comes back in. I would make sure your puppy has plenty of water and you walk early in the morning or later at night.
