For 1.. Toby is handsome so who cares what they think!!
for # 2 .. why would you respect the opinion of a store that sells puppy mill dogs
for # 3.. he looks like a yorkie to me.. the coats change when they reach adulthood. They were compairing Toby to a puppy I am thinking.
