Click is used when your done making the command . Uses positive reinforcement and treat based. I prefer not to use a click but train with voice and sign. With treats. My dog can do all commands with sign no voice. With any method you use it just takes time. IME classes work well in teaching you how to train the dog as well as the dog getting social. JME/JMO
