Unfortunately puppies find something they like and chew. You can certainly tell them no if you catch them in the act. You can try the various sprays sold at pet stores. I didn't find any of those to work. What has helped us with Bailey are antlers. They sell them on line or certain stores. Bailey is currently chewing down his 7th one. It has saved our home from certain ruin. However, today Natalie left to grab a few groceries and I was out in the garage washing my bike. I wasn't gone two minutes and Bailey had jumped up on the counter, grabbed yesterday's mail and was halfway in to tearing up the first letter. And he's a year and 3 months. Guess you just have to stay on top of them. |
