A chef doesn't use corn?
I actually like iceburg lettuce when used for things like thai lettuce wraps or dishes that rely on more of a big
crunch than you can get from (the more nutritious) Romaine.
I do agree, though, that the microwave doesn't have much of a place in a professional kitchen.
