Kyl's conversation with you Patti made me tear up a little, he sounds like he is trying to understand and wants to make sure you know he will miss Ken.
Kids and Dogs, two of my weak spots and just from the pictures of Nikki with Kyle I would consider them BFF's. Maybe they offered each other a little comfort which both may need right now.
