My heart is crying with you. I haven't lost a dog, but my daughter died unexpectedly at the age of 17 just 2 weeks before her HS graduation. I never got to say good-bye either. The pain of losing someone you love (even a pet) does make you feel that your heart is literally breaking. There are no words that can comfort your broken heart....Grieving takes lots of time and is the toughest journey we ever take. Know that Chloe will always be with you in your heart.
