I can only tell you my puppy came to me at eight weeks old with turned over ears and by just a week later they were up. My other yorkie has turned down ears and he's 3 years old so they are never going to stand up. Lots of yorkies I know of are like my Toby. I'm not bothered either way. Hope that helps. You may have to just learn to love floppy ears
