Tibbe goes in his airline carrier when we go to the bathroom when the sirens go off. He has his tags on but now he'll have his leash actually attached in case the door gets wrenched off the carrier. My demographics are on a label attached to the top of the carrier with Tibbe's at the bottom. I stick some soft toys in with him for cushioning should he tumble. That's all I know to do to keep him physically safe.
