Just back from VET. The VET suggested to get ultrasound done for Happy.
After the ultrasound was completed, the VET confirmed that there is no liver shunt for Happy and he is having some gastric issues.

The VET had already put him on IV before ultrasound. So we left him at VET for tonight. Now waiting for tomorrow morning to bring 'Happy'ness back to our lives!
