This is nice, but what if you are 40 minutes away? All you can do is watch as someone breaks in and steals your dogs. At least with monitoring, the alarm is going off, the cops are showing up and the neighbors are out on the lawn wondering what all the noise and ruckus is.

No way I wouldnt have mine monitored. It's worth the 43.00 a month I pay.

And according to their FAQs you still have to have a service plan. How much you're willing to pay gets you better service.

I can view 16 cameras all at once, my installation was free, and my 16 cameras and dvr cost me 99.00
