Oh I'm sorry, there are so many threads going on about Tanisha Breton that I was thinking everyone would know who I meant. Tanisha has a thread asking for a mentor, it turns out she had other thread asking hot to commit fraud with the AKC and how to cheat social services and so many other things. She breeds tinies and she tries to get people to give her money when one of her offspring needs surgery desperately. She as low as the come, in my opinion, however, this breeder comes very close.
