Cathy clued me in to a Chapati Maker she found on Amazon a while back. We both bought one and I haven't looked back! I add all sorts of yummy things to my home made Chapatis now.
(not all at once obviously, and some go IN the mix and some go on TOP of the chapatis

sundried tomato
dill
leftover chicken curry
taco meat
a yummy mixed seed concoction I purchased
pesto
It's better for you than bread (I use WW flour) and really has trace amounts of olive oil so better for you than tortillas. They taste pretty similar to Naan bread.
