Well, see, I love Coke but regular Coke is loaded with sugar so I can't drink it. But I want a drink with at least some sugar in it sometimes so add 2-3 teaspoons to a Diet Coke & you have the best of both worlds. I almost always have it as a dessert rather than a piece of cake or pie or cookies & usually 1 -3 times a week as I'm aware of the current thinking of how bad simple sugar is for us!
