Yeah. Could live on just sugar & diet coke but throw in a pizza just to spice things up! One does need variety, after all!
Today, I made a red baked potato, topped it with green beans & drank skim milk for lunch, followed by a small serving of Banana Pudding. Most of the meal was healthy.
