I would keep reporting them until someone comes out and see's what's happening!!! I have grandkids that also live next door to pitt bulls and it's scary!! These dogs have their heads sticking out from under the garage door and if they manage to get that door up...God only know what will happen to all the kids outside playing on that Cul-de-sac.
