Update:
Called vet office and she said keep an eye on him and if not better by afternoon to come in. She said since he was going to the bathroom alright maybe he just had an upset tummy.
Gave Max some Nutrical (about 2t.) at noon and he is acting fine. He is eating, playing, barking, ...
Acting totally normal. Ill see if he keeps it up. If he starts acting strange again, I'll take him in.
